The cable box with DVR and Internet provided excellent entertainment options.Several suggested improvements include: grab bars in the showers, a new bathroom rug in the second bath, more washcloths, and a covered casserole dish.

Floors were dirty when we moved in. Took 4 swiffers to get floor clean.Louvered door to furnace was packed with lint. Windows were dirty inside and out. I cleaned what I could reach. Charging an extra $50.00 to clean cat hair is ridiculous. She already was paid 4 hrs for cleaning. Dryer filter was packed with lint.We cleaned the house very thorough beforewe left. This place needs a different cleaning contracter and a new inspector to check unit before and after cleaning.

Due to poor construction, every move made by second floor tenants was heard on first floor. Do not rent second floor to tenants with young children!
