La Source is a Provencal style villa, belonging to the Cousin family since 1950, has completely renovated in 1998, located in a huge garden savage, so always very calm and peaceful. The second level and the garden level has been converted for the seasonal vocation rental. All the rooms are decorated en the style Provencal, et restored the charm of the style of nicois(Nice). The appartment has her own terrasse, can diner and have suntain in the terrace. There is a 30 squart meters swimming pool in a 300 squart meters garden, plus provence style jacuzzi newly installed, best for the family and children to enjoy the summer time. La Source has a very huge garden, 3000M², just like to surround by a small forest. We live in the city of Nice, but look like to live in the country with all the view green. In the garden, it is always something to do, but most part of la Source, we leave it naturally, and let the wild flowers grows as season. The lower garden is more classic, and is planted with orange,lemon, and other various fruit trees. If you like to stay in a very quite, safe and green place; but near by the beach within 1 kilo meter distance, welcome to La Source.
