You have sole occupancy of this COTTAGE APARTMENT-New 2009.There are 2 Kingsize ensuite bedrooms.One converts to two large singles.Fine bed linenand towels provided.Breakfast Basket available if required.
You look over grazing Clydesdale and Shire Horses and will enjoy seeing a collection of vintage horsedrawn vehicles.At the bottom of the garden there is a JETTY for your Kayak or boat to go exploring the bays.This is on the WATERFRONT of KERIKERI INLET on the BAY OF ISLANDS.You can take a walk and see the reflections of moored yachts.
THE CARRIAGE HOUSE is located in the far NORTH of New Zealand which is the warmest part. Many come here to escape the northern WINTER.
We are 6 miles from the AIRPORT where Rental cars are available.
Just 2 miles to the town with a good choice of RESTAURANTS and Shops.
Kerikeri is an Historic town where you can visit the First Settlement Buildings and 4 trust houses.This is a good central location to see the Bay of Islands.Boat Trips, Fishing,Sailing,Surfing,Swimming and Water Skiing all available.
Four good GOLF COURSES are nearby KAURI CLIFFS,Carrington,Waitangi and Kerikeri.Bowls,Tennis,Flying,Walking and more.There is so much to do you will want to stay longer.
