Unsurpassed quality and attention to detail can be found in our fully appointed luxury Villas on the water?s edge of Lake Tahoe.With a beach, a shared deep water pier, buoys and immediate access to the Homewood High & Dry Marina and Homewood Ski Resort, the location provides the convenience for many activities. Our luxury Villa has 3 stories and boast of high ceiling great rooms, master suites with lakeside balconies, full second guest suites and loft offices. The first floor features the living, dining and chef's kitchen. The living has a large flat panel TV and filtered views of your private beach and Lake Tahoe. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with the open space and seating at the granite bar. The same level also has a guest suite with a queen bed and full bath. On the second floor is the master bedroom. Enjoy the filtered views of the lake from your room or relax watching your large flat panel TV. The master bathroom has a soaking tub, shower and dual sinks. Also on the second floor is the second guest suite. On the third floor is the loft/office. Do a little work or bring an air mattress for additional sleeping. HAVE A LARGE GROUP? Rent both Villa #B and #C as they are next to each other and can accommodate up to 16 guests.

Great location and amazing home Antwane o. from dallas, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in September, 2011 I took my parents for a vacation, since i was headed in for a wedding. The location was about 1000 ft from the wedding reception, which worked out perfectly. The place was just as pictured and we had an amazing time. would definitely return in the future! Very similar house next door is on the market for $2.9M! Hopefully next time i can rent the one right on the water - but this one is only 50 feet away and had great views and a grill. Management agent was great and very responsive to my calls and emails - even after i got in town. |

Stayed for 4 days in December, 2010 The house is very nice - but the reason I would not recommend it is because the beds are pretty bad. The mattresses are extremely soft and pretty uncomfortable. If the mattresses were upgraded, then I would definitely recommend this property as it is a beautiful house. |

Stayed for 5 days in August, 2010 Great location! Beautiful home. This was our second year at this vacation home. Had a BLAST! I would definitely recommend this property to others. However, similar to last year, there are a few maintenance issues that need repair. French door handle by kitchen table is completely broken and should be in working order for safety issues. Window latch in family room is broken and came completely off when attempting to lock the window. And toilet seats need to be tighten down. Simple issues that should to be corrected. Hopefully they will be in working order next year. Thanks for the wonderful opportunity to vacation in Villa #C! |

Stayed for 6 days in August, 2009 Overall, the place is beautiful and location is fantastic. A few minor fixes should be corrected. The TV system was difficult to work and had to call the mgmt staff to get it to work. The door knob to the back door fell off. One of the window handles fell off. And there was a mouse in the house. Thank goodness we only discovered it on the last day. The windows need to be cleaned especially the one facing the lake. Other than that, the home is beautiful and the location was perfect for us.
