Unsurpassed quality and attention to detail can be found in our fully appointed luxury Villas on the water?s edge of Lake Tahoe.With a beach, a shared deep water pier, buoys and immediate access to the Homewood High & Dry Marina and Homewood Ski Resort, the location provides the convenience for many activities. Our luxury Villa has 3 stories and boast of high ceiling great rooms, master suites with lakeside balconies, full second guest suites and loft offices. The first floor features the living, dining and chef's kitchen. The living has a large flat panel TV and direct views of your private beach and Lake Tahoe. The kitchen, with heated slate floors, is perfect for entertaining, with the open space and seating at granite bar. The same level also has a guest suite with a queen bed and full bath. On the second floor is the lakefront master bedroom. Enjoy the views of the lake from bed or relax watching your large flat panel TV. The master bathroom has heated floors, a jacuzzi tub and a steam shower. Also on the second floor is the second guest suite. On the third floor is the loft/office. Do a little work or bring an air mattress for additional sleeping. HAVE A LARGER GROUP? Rent both Villa #B and #C as they are next to each other and can accommodate 16 guests.

Family Christmas Reunion on Lake Tahoe TIM A. from Scottsdale, AZ recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2011 This trip was a family Christmas and reunion back at the West side of Lake Tahoe. We had previously stayed in Chambers Landing, but our last trip was about 10 years ago. Our family truly enjoyed the home and its location. And, we would rate it higher than Chambers Landing. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful home directly on the lake. We plan to return!! |

There was only one key to the place. Some of the amenities did not work, ie: tv in bedroom, heat in the floor. Propane tank was empty in grill. Place was nice, but for this price I expected better attention to the place. |

Stayed for 3 days in January, 2011 We enjoyed our stay and had perfect weather conditions (new snow, but not snowing while there!)I do want to provide some feedback to consider for future rental of the property. There were not sufficient towels for all 8 guests (only 7 and one extra above 8 would have been nice). The water pressure in the downstairs and upstairs guest bathrooms was horrible, almost everyone only used the master bath because it was the only one that had good pressure. There is very little closet space and hooks/hangers for hanging up winter gear coming in the door ... made the dining area quiet messy. that was it - otherwise was great stay. Thanks, Kelly |

We enjoy the wilderness setting, and this cabin met that expectation- with the added bonus of a luxury feel.The cabin is VERY well appointed, though there is not A/C if you're visiting during the warmer months. However the wind and the evenings are quite nice when you're right on the lake.Can't say enough about the cabin, its just like the pictures. It, and the location, really made our trip a relaxing one! |

Stayed for 4 days in August, 2010 There were so many lights out. We bought a couple of bulbs that were really needed for the kitchen and bathroom. There were huge cobwebs on some fixtures that definitely could have been should have been reached especially after paying that extra cleaning fee. We did enjoy the property. We will be very hesitant if the bed and breakfast/restaurant is opened. WE heard it gets very noisy and too much boat traffic from 10:45 am to 11pm. We enjoyed this side of the lake, it is a lot calmer than the north side. WE were grateful to be able to stay there. The kids LOVED the steam shower. The dish network was difficult to figure out glad our guest had it at her home and the info was at least there to read. |

We had to wash towels daily. Also, some lights bulbs out and if you use two hair dryers at once you will trip a circuit breaker. Property Manager was professional overall. Just make sure to check out exactly on time. Property Manager Response: Response from First Accommodations The renters were given an extra hour for their departure, but hey stayed an extra 3 hours, which put us in a bind. |

Stayed for 10 days in September, 2009 only problem was the family of mice running around the house. there were mice droppings everywhere and this is not acceptable for $6800 for week. upstairs master had mice also very annoying. Property Manager Response: Tahoe experienced unusual weather this summer and the entire basin experienced an increased amount of mice activity. Once we were notified of the mouse situation at the unit, we had an exterminator to the property within 2 hours. We did not receive a call from the renters after the exterminator had arrived. |
