Adorable, one-storey vacation home surrounded by wildflower gardens and lawn with 200 ft of oceanfront nestled in the picturesque and peaceful Tusket Islands, an easy 25 minutes road ride from Yarmouth ferry, shopping and restaurants on the famous "Lighthouse Route". It is centrally located for day trips.There are 3 bedrooms all with new beds, 2 queensize and 2 twins, sleeping a maximum of 6 people. Each room has a closet, drawers, bedside tables and lamps. The eat-in kitchen with 2 skylights seats 6 people. It is equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, cooking utensils, blender, crockpot, pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery. There is a spare upright freezer in the utility room. The living room with sliding doors to the deck, overlooks the ocean where you can watch the abundant birdlife as well as loons, seals and fishermen sailing by. It has a TV, video recorder, DVD player, radio, ceiling fan and oil stove. There is a movie library, books and games to keep everyone entertained. There is a telephone with free local calls. A calling card is required for long distance/international calls. The bathroom has a combination bath and shower. It has sliding doors to a washer and dryer. Bedding, towels, soaps and a hairdryer are provided. The wooden deck overlooking the ocean, has a patio set and gas grill. The large private landscaped lot has parking on 2 driveways one of which leads to the water's edge. Heating is via electric baseboard and an oil stove.
