Fantastic views. Heated pool Position: Situated two miles away from Saint Priest for basic shopping and only seven miles from Limoges, famous for its china, for extensive shopping and markets. Further south is the regional park of the Perigord-Limousin with its dense forests and numerous lakes and the route of the many châteaux of Richard the Lion Heart. The hamlet consists of a few houses, the water mill and buildings which were formerly used to dry the enamel of Limoges. It all now belongs to the same owner who has restored most of the houses. The Moulin has been beautifully decorated using original materials. Underneath the property the old machinery used for the mill is still on display. The covered pool (8x4m 20/03-30/10) with jacuzzi jets is in one of the spacious warehouses and can be heated (at a supplement, must be pre-booked). Private garden with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Mountain bikes and a canoe are available and fishing in the river is possible.

A high standard of accommodation. Very spacious, beautifully decorated living room overlooking the river with TV, large sofa, armchair, dining table and music centre. Well equipped kitchenette with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer available. Large double room with large corner bath and separate wc. Just outside, off the very large terrace is a small twin/double bedroom with en suite shower and washbasin and separate wc. On request only, a small single bedroom with shower and wc may be available. Swimming pool heating prebookable in advance and payable on arrival (120€/week). Bed linen and towels included. Beds made on arrival.
