Surrounded by 50 acres of park land, the cottage is self-contained with a private south facing garden with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Shared tennis court and basketball pitch. Bikes for hire with helmets and maps. Swimming pool (10x5m) shared with Le Manoir and occasionally with the owners. Fishing pond 300 yards away and bird watching within the grounds.

Large well equipped kitchen with a large and small cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, toaster, washing machine and large breakfast table. Pleasantly decorated living room with dining area and a comfortable lounge area with TV/DVD. The three bedrooms, (a double, a twin and a children's room with three single beds) share a bathroom, separate shower and a separate wc. Electricity payable locally. Bed linen and one large towel per person included.
