Set on a hillside with uninterrupted views towards Duras, the cottage, which is part of wine producing estate, surrounded by vines and fruit trees, has a large area of lawned garden with fenced private pool (10x5m 21/05-11/09). The bright and light interior, with accommodation all on ground level, is attractively decorated and furnished in tasteful modern style. The kitchen/dining room has gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large dining table and fireplace. The adjoining sitting room has armchairs around the fireplace with wood burner, satelllite TV (English channels) and two single beds. Two bedrooms, a double with shower and separate wc (also accessible from the kitchen) and a children's room with bunk beds and a single bed, with French windows to terrace and a bathroom with bath, wc and washing machine. Cot and highchair provided. Bed linen and towels included. Electricity payable locally.
