The cottage is a 1500 sq. ft. 3 bedroom bungalow located in a PRIVATE BAY on the Madawaska River. Boasting a large deck with screen gazebo and beverage fridge in the cabana. Large Fire Pit and seating area perfect for roasting marshmallows. Daydreamers Hammock and gardens with gorgeous bursts of flowers throughout the property. There is a generous sandy beach area which is kid friendly, 30 ft dock, a swim platform, canoe, kayak and life jackets to fit various ages.

The bunkhouse is 20 x 14 and hosts a double fouton and a queen bed. Additional $ 100.00/week for bunkhouse occupancy.

The river is approx. 15 miles long and excellent for swimming, fishing, waterskiing, tubing, wakeboarding, scuba diving, kayaking and tranquil canoe trips.

Waterfront: Sandy beach (child friendly), 30ft' dock, adult and kids swim platform, private bay 125 ft of waterfront, great fishing in bay,

River: approx. 15 miles long, deep, great for water skiing, tubing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and fishing

Kid Friendly: Private sandy beach close to cottage, two swings for kids, 12 ft trampoline, slides and various children's toys and video

50% deposit required upon booking
Remaining amount to be submitted 30 days prior to reservation
Security Deposit $ 250.00 required - returned upon inspection
Pet Friendly - however, not on furniture and poop MUST be scooped
