Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Parking place or garage only for small – middle size car. Shop, grocers, restaurant 500 m, sandy beach "Plage de L'Arnerault" 700 m. Golf course 30 km. Nearby attractions: L'abbaye des châteliers 2 km, Fortifications Unesco de Saint Martin 5 km, Les marais salants 12 km, La phare des baleines 19 km. The house is situated near the harbour and the 12th century medieval market place.
