Close to the Forest of Sever for woodland walks and abundant wildlife with the Lac de Dathée for sailing nearby. The sandy beaches of the Cotentin and Le Mont St. Michel are also within easy reach. Situated in secluded peaceful countryside surrounded by fields and woodland. Beautiful views of the rolling hills of the Normandy countryside from the large balcony and the terrace. Garden furniture and barbecue. La Grange has its own spacious area of open garden and an above ground private pool (5m diameter 01/05-01/09) with sun loungers. Upstairs to large kitchen with two electric ovens, gas hob with five rings, microwave, American fridge/freezer with built in ice-making unit, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, two large dining tables (which can be put together) and chairs and fireplace with wood burning stove with access to the outside via the huge balcony running the length and breadth of one side of La Grange. Kitchen leads to spacious lounge with comfortable seating, widescreen satellite TV with English channels, video and DVD player, Hi-Fi with radio. Upstairs from the lounge, two twin bedrooms each with en suite shower room, basin and wc. Upstairs from the kitchen one double bedroom with en suite shower room, basin, wc and a separate wc. Central heating. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. Electricity over 80kw/wk payable locally. Bed linen and towels available at extra cost payable locally.
