House semi-detached. In the resort 1 km from the centre of Vilafranca, in a quiet position, 22 km from the sea. Private: grounds (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, 01.05.-15.10.). Outside shower. Parking by the house. Shop 600 m, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 500 m, sandy beach 22 km. In the entrance area to the house there are "cocherias" and the house is situated on the first floor.

3-room terraced house 85 m2 on 1st floor, simple furnishings: entrance hall. Upper floor: living/dining room with TV, DVD, air-conditioning and warm air heating.
