In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The ski run is approx. 250 m away from the house and the next ski lift is 500 m away. The beautiful terrace is wind-protected and secluded and offers a fantastic view. There is a small granny flat in the house, which is occasionally occupied by the homeowner (private entrance).
