Cancellation Policy:
50% of deposit is refunded for a written cancellation received more than 60 days prior to check-in date.

No refund is applicable if cancellation is made 60 days or less prior to check-in date.

Terms and Conditions:
Damage Deposit is 2 nights rental, payable upon check-in, refunded on check out.

Rates include free internet, electricity, water and daily housekeeping.

Rates do not include airport transfer.

Extra bed available on request and charge is Euro 42 per person per night.
No charge for baby cot.

Minimum stay 4 nights, except during Special Season (dec 15-Jan 3) when minimum stay is 7 nights.
