My chairs from last year were still there so that was aplus. The downside of the condo was that the king size bed needs to be badly replaced. I will inquire about this before renting again as it made it quite uncomfortable to sleep. |

The condo does need updating(fridge & curtains) and we did find some garbage under one of the beds. This is the best place we have stayed in Marco Is. We hope to return. |

Spring Break 2012 A guest from Park Ridge, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in March, 2012 Loved Somerset location! However, the unit we stayed in needs to be updated. No beach chairs, coolers etc. We have stayed at other properties and usually if you are beachfront these are provided. Management company was excellent from booking till departure. I would stay at the Somerset again but would ask for a different unit. |

Stayed for 7 days in May, 2011 When we arrived at the condo, we found the Tv in the bedroom to be broken, and one in living room to be very old with remote not working. Unit was dated and need of some repair, however Andrew Vale of Prudential brought in 2 Flatscreen TVs next day after owner was called with our complaint. That is why I can rate this well. If not we would have been very disappointed. Unit could have been cleaner. Bath Rugs were dirty. Also after reading a review before arriving of bad mattresses, owner had them replaced before our arrival.Unfortunately,if we did not speak up the owner would have left unit as is, and that was totally unaceptable. Probably would NOT rent this unit again. |

Sleepless in Marco A guest from Wauwapofa, WI does not recommend this property. Stayed for 8 days in April, 2010 If you are into the 1980's JC Penny look, Unit 203 is for you! The bedding looked and felt like what I had in my college dorm room and the mattress felt just about the same, and I had the better bed! The mattresses on the twin beds were so thin it was like sleeping on the floor. I don't think I slept one night of the 8 we were there. I can deal with the outdated decorating but the owner needs to replace the beds before renting it out again. |
