***PLEASE CALL TO VERIFY AVAILABILITY PRIOR TO MAKING AN ONLINE RESERVATION FOR THIS PROPERTY.This property is available year-round. We offer a 3 night minimum Sept to May. One week minimum for summer seaso Sat to Sat visit and also over the Holidays. We do not accommodate arrivals on a holiday at this time. Beautiful Beach House just one house back from the Bayfront in North Mission Beach on Tangiers court. This home offers a fabulous wooden deck with patio furniture and view of the Bay. Enjoy the sailboats with the early morning sunrise.
Main level offers a living area with cable TV, VCR, and fireplace. There is a sofa sleeper as well. Fully stocked kitchen including. small dining area. The outside patio offers plenty of seating for summer mealtime. Small area in the back with Gas grill and 1 car garage. Compact to Midsize one car parking. The measurements are 6'3" Tall, 11'3" wide, and 15ft long. The garage also offers washer and dryer.
Downstairs has a full bathroom and upstairs features the 2 bedrooms and additional full bathroom. One bedroom offers a king size bed with a private balcony for bayfront viewing.The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and small TV.
This is a lovely home located in a great area and best of all just a few steps to the bayfront!!

Perfect Vacation House for Families Taylor J. from New York, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2012 My family and I stayed at this house in May while we were in town for the SDSU graduation and had a great experience. It is one house back from the bay, but the views from both the upper and lower decks were amazing. Everything was clean when we arrived. The garage is a perk because it is almost impossible to find parking in the area, especially during the summer. The house was stocked with pillows, blankets and towels. The best part is that everything is walking distance. Belmont Park is a 10 minute walk, the grocery store is a 7 minute walk, the beach is across the main street on the other side, and all of the main restaurants and shopping are a 5 minute walk away. There are also many activities right outside the back door: paddle boarding, surfing, sailing, wakeboarding, waterskiing, wind surfing, kayaking, and paddle boats. This place is a must for any family. I will definitely stay here next time I visit San Diego. June Gloom Getaway was Perfect! Joy M. from Pasadena, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2010 We stayed here with a baby. We were so pleased with the location and our trip. It was cool and overcast in the morning and beautiful and sunny in the afternoon. We were so pleased to see beach umbrellas in the garage! The provided great shade in the sand for our whole family.The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was practically empty each day. The sand was clean with lots of shells. We even saw a couple stingrays in the bay! There's a park in easy walking distance with a playground to the south. There's a nice boardwalk that goes around the bay that was perfect for the stroller.The 2nd bdrm was connected to the bathroom. We gave our baby her baths in there and walked her right into her room. The pack-n-play fit great and her door was not off the hallway so it was nice and quiet. She slept great and we just used the downstairs bathroom.You have a perfect view of the nightly fireworks from the upstairs balcony off the 1st bedroom.The patio was beautiful and the kitchen well stocked. The dishwasher was great, too. We had trouble with our washer on the first day and they management changed it out the same day! It was a great response time and essential since we had laundry to wash every night for our family.We definitely recommend this location for a small family and we will be coming back for sure! |
