Stayed for 4 days in July, 2009 A few small things need attention:Toilet paper holder in master bath looseWe had to go buy batteries for mb tv remoteLaminate is starting to come off of the bottom of the cabinet door( left of refridgeTrash container handle brokenWe had to go buy toilet paper and trash bagsonly (4 day stay)Again just small things, we will definitely recomend |

Stayed for 3 days in July, 2009 Although the property is beautiful with all the amenities to ensure a relaxing and funfilled vacation, Turqouise Place's best asset is the friendly and helpful staff. They were incredible. The cleaning crew worked constantly keeping the facility spotless. The front desk staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Everyone that I encountered showed a genuine concern to make the visitors' stay as pleasant as possible. |

Very nice wish the outdoor pools were heated and the indoor pool not so hot. Lisa O. from Dallas, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in May, 2009 It would be nice if you had someone Grilling hotdogs, grilled fish and chicken by the pool for people to buy lunch. You should have some kind of building happy hour so you can meet other families. |

Stayed for 2 days in May, 2009 The only complaint I have is when we had plumbing problems in one of the bathrooms there was no one to fix it; so the guests in the double bed room could not even use their toilet. |
