Nice Cottage in the Meadow!
Brandy L. from BOISE, ID recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2016 We had a great time at this place! Perfect little place for two. The refrigerator was a little noisy at night and we both thought they should get a new bed. Also, there are a lot of wasps/bees trying to get in a crack above bathroom window on the outside of the cabin, but they didn't get into the cabin.
Tawna R. from Filer, ID recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2016 We enjoyed being away from all the noise in downtown McCall. We didn't have the motel noise of upstairs people and kids in the hall. All by ourselves with everything we could need. My only recommendation for the property owners would be to cut down the bushes around the house so we could enjoy the outside more. It has gotten overgrown into the porch. Bed was comfortable and plenty of room for 2.
Elizabeth L. from Kuna, ID recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2015 Our getaway was fantastic. The location was perfect, the cabin was super adorable and exactly what we wanted and it was overall peaceful and relaxing.
Kim G. from Boise, IDAHO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2015 What a ridiculously charming little place! Perfect for a quiet couples getaway. No neighbors behind you to obstruct the view of the meadow. Quiet neighbors next door. Bring your own seasonings to cook with. Also trash bags, as there are no extras.
Reviewed by: Melody L. recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2014 We are in our 70s and in McCall to attend a jazz pianist concert. We were jus looking for a cozy place to stay tht wasn't your standard run of the mill motel. We got it. This is truly a 2 person get away. It is vintage, but fret care is given to the details. The pots and pans were up to date, there were real cloth napkins and placemas, a little basket containing sewing and mending equipment, real wine glasses, a washboard and tub n case you are into that, etcx. There is a deck off the back tht overlooks the meadow. We spent most of our first morning watching birds - chickadees, western tanangers, cedar wax wings, etc. We didn't expect that we would have neighbors, but we did and they weren't that intrusive. Enjoyed our stay immensely.
A guest from Carlisle, Cumbria recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2014 We had a lovely stay at the Cottage in the Meadow. A very cozy cottage with beautiful surroundings. Perfect location to get into town easily as well.
Scott M. from Moscow, Idaho recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2010 We didn't want a fancy shmancy McCall cabin, and this was perfect. Wood floors, gas fireplace, perfectly small size for a couple.
As mentioned, the cottage was very, very dirty...the vacuum(s) available were of very poor quality and also filthy. There was n
A guest from Deer Park, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 16 days in July, 2009 Minimum accommodation for clothing for two-three weeks. Access road in very poor condition. Quite noisy from neighbors. Plenty of accessories which took up valuable counter space. Plenty of towels, but tried to use some that had been sitting on the shelf much too long, so were unusable. Bathroom door did not shut. General condition of cabin quite poor - wood rot, paint peeling on exterior deck and stairs.
A guest from Pullman, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2009 We loved the little cabin. Its location couldn't have been better. We sat out on the deck morning and evening. The bed was comfortable and the cabin well appointed.
A guest from Twin Falls, ID recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2008 This Cottage is indeed worth your time and money. So cute, quaint and peaceful; we loved our stay here. It does not appear to be as wonderful as it actually is from the outside picture; however, it's perfect for a quiet get-away with your sweetie...
Amber S. from Vista, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2007 We had a small problem with a wasp nest near the front door but the property managers took care of it as soon as we notified them of the problem. The property is adorable and has a nice porch where we watched a thunderstorm move through the area. The cottage has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay including family videos and a few games.
