Alpine View is a lovely mountain style home in the Spring Mountain Ranch area. It is a 3 bedroom plus loft 2 bath home, sleeps 8, with 1 Q, 2TW, 1Q, 1Trundle in loft (2 TW). This home includes a 2 car garage, (1 side is compact only), Gas F/P, Sm portable Propane BBQ, Deck, D/W, W/D, Satelite TV/VCR/DVD, Microwave, and nice lawn area by the front door. Use of the Spring Mountain Ranch amenities include: Seasonal pool, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness room. Rates for this home start at $145.00 per night for 2, and increases $10.00 per person per night to a maximum of 8 people.

Did not find a vacuum, some bulbs were burned out, gas fireplace did not work, some wall heaters didn't work. Other than these few minor things, I was very satisfied. The place was comfortable, fairly well stocked, and overall worked very well for our stay, for the second year in a row.

The cabin was not as clean as I have come to expect in a vacation rental. The property management company screwed up our payments both in the deposit and final payment. The happily fixed the first mistake but the second they have yet to resolve. They even suggested that we just figure it out ourselves. I am appalled by this lack of customer service. Other than these two issues the cabin was great and we had a great time.

We inspect all our homes prior to arrival and found this home to be clean and ready for you. If we missed something we certainly would have appreciated knowing. As for final payment it was mentioned that the 2nd half should of been taken off a different card the person checking in could not tell us what card? Thus changes were not made and this is not a fair statement.

We had a very nice stay the week we were there, but we wanted to share a few suggestions with you. The kitchen could be stocked with more cooking utensils. We ended up buying a spatula. And the day that we had several inches of snow we had to come home from a hard day of riding and shovel out the drive way so we could park the truck and trailer in the driveway. We stayed at a different place the year before and the driveway was plowed everyday. These are small details but it's that attention to detail that makes a big difference.

We will inventory the kitchen as to see what might be needed. All our homes are set up on a snow removal route. Depending on the amount of snow fall would determine as to when they would get there to remove. Unfortunately the timing is not always convenient.

This is a vwery nice rental. The beds are a little unconfortable. We received almost a foot of snow 3 night in a row. They came everyday and plowed the driveway for us. Also we brought a 4 place enclosed trailer and they even plowed a spot for it. Also nice to have heated garage as one of our sleds broke down and we could work on it in the garage. Water heater seemed a little small as we ran out of hot water all the time. Just need to schedule our shower time better. All in all I was very impressed. I would recommend this rental to families of to 2 or 3 couples sharing a home.

I would not recommend renting this condo to a muslim family as they might be offended by a large print of Jesus staring at you as you walk upstairs. It just doesnt seem to fit it regardless of your belief

Loved the place and the location. My only comments was that it needs to have at least some kitchen staples like salt, pepper, oil, spices, coffee filters, etc. As the controller for the largest property management firm in Ketchum, I undestand how it works but please advise your clients to do some essential stocking in the kitchen for those who are late arrivals and do not have a chance to visit a store before cooking their first meal. I would also recommend that you think about a welcome basket that has coffee and tea and sweeteners much like all hotels do. This is nice welcome touch. The price and location was fabulous and there were plenty of towels and soap for those muddy clothes from the tournament. We appreciated that very much. Overall our experience was a great one. The checkin and checkout was easy and the instructions very clear. We will recommend this place and your services to others. Thanks
