This home has everything you need to enjoy your visit to Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Less than 5 minutes to Windsor Boat Launch, The Shops at Lake Havasu Mall, movie theatres, restaurants, and The London Bridge. Laughlin, Nevada, is less than 60 miles from our city, with night clubs, gambling, and fantastic live shows.
You can take the "Dream Catcher" and cross the lake to the California side and do a little gamgling at the Indian Casino!
The split floor plan provides all the privacy you will enjoy, with a private bathroom to each bedroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a trundle bed (2 twins)that makes into a king size bed.
The living area, kitchen, dining area, and washer & dryer will make your stay almost like being at home....but better!!
All linens and towels are provided, and the kitchen is well stocked with just about everything.
A shaded patio with table and chairs, Propane BBQ, and lounge chairs makes this a perfect place to unwind. There is a small lake view from the patio.
There is a long drive-way that will allow a large boat/trailer, or RV to plug in.
This is not a "party house", and is situated in a friendly neighborhood.
