These 2 bed/2.5 bath condominiums sleep up to 6 people and are 1,365 square feet. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, internet access, balcony, cable TV, VCR or DVD player and more. Units are individually owned. Layout, bedding and furnishings vary from unit to unit.

The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. The 36-acre hillside location provides privacy and spectacular views of the Steamboat ski area and Yampa Valley, yet is only minutes from all the action. A complimentary winter shuttle service is available to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs in minutes. On property there is a fitness center, saunas, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs and four outdoor tennis courts. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please be advised that The Ranch Condominium Association has adopted a policy of not allowing sports teams or players to stay at The Ranch at Steamboat. We apologize for any inconvenience. In lieu of a USD 250.00 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD 29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays - 2 bedroom - USD 35.00, 3 bedroom â?? USD 50.00, 4 bedroom USD 65.00.
