This stylish home is both perfect for a business trip, golf vacation, a family vacation or anyone who just wants to relax and enjoy the warm Las Vegas weather and abundant activities.
The house is situated on a corner plot in a quiet and popular neighbourhood of Las Vegas,just minutes away from " THE STRIP " and McCarren International Airport. Within the hour you can drive to beautifull Lake Mead with numerous water activities and the Hoover Dam also Mount Charleston for skiing and snowboarding in the winter months. The Grand Canyon and the Skywalk are all within driving distance.
In the house it has been tastefully furnished and decorated. There are 4 bedrooms ( 2 with queen beds & 2 with twin beds in each ) They all have good beds and bedding. Personal towels and hair dryers are provided.
The spacious and comfortable living room has plenty of seating for viewing the home theatre system.There is a formal dining table plus stools at the kitchen breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped for all your needs.There is wifi access in the house.

Outside in the garden you can relax in a tropical private garden as it has a high wall all around it. The large solar heated pool is fabulous, pool towels are provided. There is a large covered patio area complete with ceiling fans. Table and chairs for eating at, gas barbecue and a gas fire pit to sit around sipping cocktails.
Sun loungers and a swing chair for you to enjoy the warm Las Vegas sun.

Cleaning fee of $100 is payable.
Damage / security deposit of $400, which is refundable within 2 days of departure
