Minimum stay of five (5) nights.

Reservation fee of US$50 or 20% of total rate whichever is higher (deductable from lease) to confirm booking. Non-refundable if cancelled but changes can be accommodated on a later date on a case-to-case basis, subject to availability.

Emailed or faxed copy of a valid ID/passport showing photo is required prior to unit access.
