The owner, an architect by profession, has meticulously restored the house, and in doing so has created the slickest of modern interiors. Her design allows for light throughout the house, which transforms the look of the spaces as the day goes by. In addition, she designed larger pieces of furniture to create just the right look for this island retreat.
The mosaic plunge pool glistens shimmers and olive trees adorn the garden providing a shady spot to relax under. Numerous double French doors lead from the courtyard to the cool spacious interior. Two large, high ceiled rooms combine to offer the living and formal dining areas. An ultra modern kitchen sets the mood for inspirational cooking and is completed by an informal dining area, perfect for late leisurely breakfasts.
An artful staircase leads to the master bedroom and bathroom with a private terrace and views to the east of the island. Two double bedrooms and sumptuous bathrooms complete this magnificent residence. A sanctuary for the discerning traveler.
Airport transfers are provided for an additional charge of €15 per person. Additional housekeeping is available for €70/day (8 hours) and is subject to availability. Public holidays and weekends will be charged at €105 per day. An in-house Chef is available for €750/week to prepare 2 meals a day or €1250/week to prepare 3 meals per day. Transportation charges, car rental, accommodation, and cost of groceries are extra. Private boat rentals can be arranged for approximately €140/hr.
