The condo is more than spacious : 3000 sq feet on two floors : 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Master bedroom is very large with a king bed, other bedrooms are double and queen.

Hardwood floors throughout (tiled kitchen and bathrooms and greenhouse area), AC, high speed wireless internet, cable tv (50 inch plasma and large tv in master bedroom) DVD VCR home theatre sound, wireless telephones, etc.

All new modern furniture, well appointed kitchen, and a private interior enterance to a roof terrace with BBQ, dining table etc.
Metro is right at the very corner of the street but it so close to all of the downtown that walking is easy.
