Welcome to our beautiful recently refurnished villa set in tree lined streets in the exclusive Hampton Lakes. Extended deck gives sunshine from early morning to the evening.
Here you can relax your cares away after exciting days at Disney which is only 15 minutes away. Spacious living with double vaulted ceilings in the living area and 2800sq feet to make this villa ideal for one large family, two families or groups of friends with two master bedrooms, one queen and two twin, one of these ideal for Disney fans. So there is something for everyone.
THE VILLA
The spacious living area over looking the pool has seating for eight where you can enjoy the cable 36in flat screen TV with Dolby surround sound and home cinema system. For dining there is a separate formal dining room, the breakfast bar or by the pool. The kitchen is fully equiped with all amenities for those who enjoy cooking with the dishwasher taking care of the cleaning up. Nearby is the laundry area with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
The 40x24ft extended deck with new pool furniture and 28x14ft pool and ajoining spa with nightime illumination is ideal for relaxing on with a glass of wine at the end of the day. For those who still have energy there is a full sized pool table in the games room which is like a second living area, seating for around eight people, with a TV/DVD and Playstation Two which will keep the kids happy for hours.
The first master king bedroom overlooks the pool with TV/DVD/VCR, large ensuite with double vainty unit, shower and corner bath. It has its own dressing area adjacent to the bathroom. Hairdryers in both master suites.
The second master king bedroom also situated on the ground floor and has it's own ensuite and TV/DVD. Upstairs there is a double queen bedroom again with it's own ensuite and TV/DVD.
The fourth twin and the Disney twin rooms both have TV/VCR and share their own separate bathroom. With the extra bathrooms it is like having your own 'fast pass' so you can get to the parks earlier to beat their queues! FREE local and international calls. FREE use of the crib, high chair and stroller.
Our management company is only 5 minutes away where there is free internet access with coffee.
THE AREA
Local ammenities include floodlight tennis courts, pool, basketball, and swing park. Walmart is only 5 minutes north on the 27, Publix is 2 minutes north. The 192 with it restuarants, shops and attractions are only 5 minutes away. The nearest golf is 2 minutes away but with nearly 50 other courses nearby. For those who want to venture further a field continue south on the 27 for 225 miles and you will come across Miami(take an overnight bag) with its famous restaurants, shops and nightclubs. Easy access to motorways take you to the west coast Clearwater, Tampa, Naples or you may never get past Busch Gardens with it's many thrills and spills. Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona are only one hours drive away.

Rental less than 6 nights will incur additional cleaning cost.
Minimum stay 3 nights
Check in time 1600hrs. Check out time is 1100hrs. Early check is only available if the villa is empty on that day
Security deposit of $500 required by leaving credit card details with our management company.
