Vacation Condo Rental Description:
This beautifully decorated second floor condominium at South Peak Resort offers three bedrooms and two full baths. Off the entry hall are a full bath with glass-door shower and two bedrooms; one doubles as an office and has a queen size bed and computer with internet access, the second with a queen size bed. Continue down the hall and the condo opens up to the main living, dining and kitchen area with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. Enjoy cooking in this spacious area or flip a switch to start the gas fireplace and watch the large flat-screen HDTV. Off the main living area is the master bedroom suite with king size bed and full private bath with separate shower and tub. From the living area you can also access the deck where you can relax with the wooded view and the summer sounds of the river flowing pass. (Unfortunately grilling is not allowed on the decks at South Peak.)South Peak Resort is located close to downtown Lincoln and not far from the base of Loon Mountain ski area's Lincoln Express quad chairlift. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

There were a few things missing in the property that the owner will probably eventually take care of. There is no real space for storing your clothes in the master bedroom except for a closet on the other end of the bathroom. Lighting was bad in the bedroom. Only one small end table lamp. Could use overhead or antoher lamp. Lighting was also not great in living room and kitchen over the sink.No good place to store food. Pantry was locked (I guess that was the owner's).But the place was still a great deal and nicely furnished otherwise. I would recommend. Within walking distance to town. |
