Vacation Condo Rental Description:
This unique three-level townhouse is located not far from downtown Lincoln and just across the Pemigewassett River from Loon Mountain's South Peak. Take the elevator to enter this townhouse on the fourth floor. Once inside you will find the kitchen, dining and living area as well as access to the small back deck. Upstairs, the master suite offers a private bath with jet tub, a queen size bed and a lovely sitting area overlooking the river. The second and third bedrooms, with a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds respectively, are located on the lowest level below the main living area.While here enjoy access to the Rivergreen Resort pool located just across the street. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.Pool may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to pool rules.

I'll Retire to the Links in Lincoln! A guest from Worcester, MA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2010 Couldn't be more convenient without a staff - walk for groceries, the movies, the library, and and easy hike to Loon Mtn along the river past the South Peak mansions! The only thing I'd change is to post directions to the microwave and clothes washer near those appliances - we were a while figuring those "secret switches" out. Do the homeowners do decorating for a living? It was perfectly beautiful. |

excellent place to stay!!! A guest from Wallingford, CT recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2009 we rented this condo with 5 adults and two small children. the set up of the condo/bedrooms was ideal. the location of the condo couldn't be beat and we would definetly stay there again! we are renting a smaller unit in the same complex later this summer. The reservation company was very friendly and easy to work with. |

I called on Sunday and it took them until Tuesday to come and it ended up not to be fixed 2) I recommend that in the master bedroom there should be a king size bed or two twin beds (the beds are too small) |
