Vacation Condo Rental Description:


A comfortable multi-level townhouse at the Village of Loon. Located on the entry level is a bedroom with two twin beds as well as a full bathroom. Below the entry is the master bedroom with queen bed and adjoining bath. The living, dining and kitchen areas are located above the entry. Also from this level access the deck and enjoy the view and fresh mountain air. The upper-most level of this vacation home holds the third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a half bath.Your stay includes membership in the Village Swim, Tennis, and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room, and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Nearby enjoy horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, and the scenic gondola sky ride to the Summit of Loon Mountain.Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

i would like to get a big refund, there was no Vacuum cleaner and yes the fire place in the middle of the summer was working and gave out very bad heat (there were no ac on property that i knew) and i did complain about this 2 things and they didnt take care of it so no i was not happy and i would not Recommend any one -

Place was very dusty, tv broken, screens broken or non existant so couldn't open windows or doors, no vacuum to clean up and big ants. meant for 8 people but table only held six. Have been to Loon many times before and was always happy unfortunately did not have the same experience this time!

Great central location for loon mountain activties. General house maintenance needs work and there was visible mouse activity in several of the bedrooms.
