Vacation Condo Rental Description:
This three level, four bedroom townhouse is located in the newly developed area of Forest Ridge. Enter the home on the main living level with a 1/2 bath and large open concept kitchen, dining and living area complete with gas fireplace. Also, access the spacious deck from this level and relax there on a summer day.Downstairs you will find a second living area, full bath and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. When spending time on this level make sure to fit in a game of foosball (a full-size foosball table is located in the second living area).Finally on the upper most level of the townhouse you will find three bedrooms, two full baths (the master bath has a jet tub) and the laundry area.While at Forest Ridge enjoy the Million Dollar Club House, with tennis courts, indoor pool and heated outdoor pool. Also be sure to enjoy all the local area attractions and activities including Loon Mountain, located just a mile away.Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

I worked with Loon Reservations Service over a period of months, and found them to be incredible friendly, helpful and professional. There are so many wonderful things to do in the Lincoln area, and Forest Ridge made a great home base. |

Nice hardwood floors, and brand new carpets. The amenities in the complex were great - an outdoor, indoor pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, we used everything.The condo is just off the Kancamancus Highway, for excellent hiking, swimming, etc. My only complaint was we couldn't get the a/c to work properly, it was freezing in the lower level, and we just couldn't get the right temp. throughout. |

Stayed for 8 days in July, 2011 The people at Loon Reservations have always been friendly and professional, and have gone out of their way when we had a problem with the unit. We've rented the same unit for three years and expected a certain amount of wear and tear. Overall, the unit is well appointed, everything seems to function well, and Lincoln is a very convenient location for us. Our only gripe this year was that there were ants in the living room and pouring out of one of the burners on the gas stove. We noticed them almost immediately upon moving into the unit. We found food under the couch and did some vacuuming, which seemed to get rid of the ants in the living room. We also called Loon, which sent an exterminator over to spray. The ants were gone by the next morning. With such a simple fix for what appeared to be an obvious problem, this should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. The cleaning people should have done a better job cleaning and/or assessing the condition of the unit. Again, overall, we were happy with the service, the unit, and the location. |

Stayed for 3 days in March, 2010 After an exhaustive review of all the available lodging at Loon my family and I decided that we did not want to stay in a hotel room that was small and cramped and required us to eat out a lot. The cleaniless of the home, pool and atheltic club and overall property were exceptional. The rooms was very good size and truly accomodated 10 guests very easily and comfortably. The trip was meant to get in as much late season skiing in as possible before we put the skis away and the close proximity of the home to Loon Mountain provided exactly that. We were able to hit the mountain early and stop at the house for lunch before heading back out each afternoon.The reservation staff were helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding area.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay close to Loon Mountain. |

Kitchen was clean, A/C worked, wireless internet, outdoor deck all was great. House is spacious, we have 5 kids, did not even use basement bedroom. Complex was very quiet, almost semi-deserted at end of August, which was fine for us. Only regret was having to come home. |
