The Gulf Place Community boasts multiple pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, a nature trail, putting green, and free entertainment at the amphitheater. The charming Gulf Place Community consists of four distinct areas, offering a variety of accommodations. The one and two bedroom properties at Gulf Place Caribbean border a small lake. Gulf Place Cabanas condominiums are located in a mid rise building and offer the option of Gulf or lake views. Gulf Place Courtyard consists of townhomes with private balconies off the master bedroom. Finally, hotel rooms at the Inn at Gulf Place include whirlpool tubs and are available for single night stays. Please note that a USD 123.48 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees. Please note that a USD 123.48 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in.
