Located in the private community of Rumbling Bald Resort, this home offers relaxed comfort for up to 12 guests, two fireplaces, jetted bathtub, and multiple levels. Additionally, you will have access to the Rumbling Bald amenities including: indoor / outdoor pool, lazy river, sandy beach on Lake Lure, fitness center, spa, two (2) championship golf courses, putt-putt course, tennis courts, basketball courts, restaurants, and more!

The relaxed atmosphere of this home’s open floor plan makes you feel comfortable the moment you enter. Plus it allows for easy conversation from multiple areas and plenty of natural light. The living area has a cozy furniture, wood-burning fireplace, and flat-panel TV. Just beyond is the dining area with a table that accommodates six (6). There are two (2) additional seats at the kitchen bar area. The main floor kitchen is fully equipped.

There are two (2) bedrooms on this floor that share a deck area. One of the bedrooms has a single queen bed and the other has two (2) full beds. This level also has a full bath.

The lower level boasts a living area (complete with wood-burning fireplace and television) and kitchenette (no stove). The dining area seats six (6). The lower level bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds. The spacious bath on this level has a large vanity, double shower, and jetted bathtub.

In the loft area is ample comfortable seating and a small desk. One of the sofas converts to a sleeper. From this area you reach the upper level bedroom with king bed, entertainment center, and private balcony.

In addition to the rent the following charges apply:

$20.00 Reservation Fee

$125.00 Cleaning Fee

$45.00 Accidental Damage Insurance

5% Rutherford County Occupancy Tax (on rent)

6.75% NC State Sales Tax (on rent and reservation fee)

Cancellation / Transfer Policy: If a confirmed reservation is cancelled or transferred, a processing fee of $50.00 and the $20.00 Reservation Fee plus applicable North Carolina State Sales Tax will be charged against the Advance Confirmation Deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, all funds received will be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the cancelled period for the full rent amount. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for any of the Advance Confirmation Deposit to be returned (applicable only if the unit was re-rented).
