Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation policy for villas

There are no refunds due to bad weather or hurricanes; including any inconvenience or complication caused by a hurricane's direct hit, near miss, or significant threat of a hurricane strike. Hurricanes are by nature unpredictable and an act of God. Clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment. Travel Insurance



Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by fax or e-mail in our office. The following assessments will apply on cancellations:
- 91 + days prior to arrival $200 US
- 61 90 days prior to arrival 50% of rent
- Less than 60 days prior to arrival 100% of rent
- Christmas & New Years 100% of rent



Terms and Conditions:
Your reservation deposit of 50% must be paid within 10 days of receiving your confirmation in order to hold your reservation.

-. The balance due will be pay 60 days prior to arrival date.

-. If reservations are made less than 60 days before your arrival date, payment in full will be required.

.- If reservation is made within 30 days of arrival date, payment in full will be required upon reserving.

.- For Holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks, Presidents day, Easter. 100% payment in full will be required.
