Vacation Home Rental Description:
Valley Village, Studio City area, tastefully remodeled guest house, just 5 minutes from Universal Studios and 10 minutes to Hollywood Blvd. The property is situated on a quiet residential street in an upscale safe area, yet centrally located to shopping, restaurants, night life, tourist attractions and all that LA has to offer.
The main bedroom with a king bed, opens through French doors to magical private garden with patio furniture, relaxing hammock and bubbling fountain. The attached marble bathroom has a claw foot tub and stall shower. The second bedroom has a daybed with trundle that can accommodate 2 singles or join to make a second king bed. There is a second full bath room accessed off the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need if you want to cook at home although there are many wonderful restaurants a short distance away.
The comfortable living room with gas fireplace opens through French doors to a trellised patio. A double sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate 2 additional guests.
The guest house can be rented with one bedroom or with an optional second bedroom if needed. Can also be rented with adjoining 2 bedroom 2.5 bath house, for larger family groups.
We hope we have succeeded in creating a very special retreat with the discerning traveler in mind, and supplied everything we could think of to provide a welcoming and luxurious experience for our guests.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs prior to 45 days before arrival less a 3% fee if you paid by credit card. If less than 45 days deposit will still be refunded if we can re-rent the property for the same nights. We recommend trip insurance in case of last minute cancelations.
