Accommodation for 3 people (baby beds available) affresco's livingroom, kitchen with barbecue, stockroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with french bed, extra bed in the lobby, 1 bathroom with tub, 1 bathroom with shower.
Overall Property Description:
Villa Raffaelli was constructed as a medioeval fortress in 1582. It was the country residence to the Raffaelli's, a noble family of Lucca : they were bishops, judges and writers; Pietro Raffaelli was the predecessor to the Duke of Modena. Within the centries old walls of the villa one can still admire the original stuccos and affrescos adorning the ceilings plus an ample collection of antique furniture. Beside an ancient waterwell is the wooden decked swimming pool (10x5x0,9) complete with sunchairs and gazebo. Heated Jacuzzi availlable, in the winter covered by a glass dome. All the villa’s main rooms plus the garden posses a magnificant view of the tuscan Apuan Alps, of Michelangelo. At the main entrance stands the old Guardhouse which is an ideal setting for romantic candlelight dinners.

Conditions of Letting
PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER
Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.
Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.
ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES
For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.
Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:
40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,
100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
