We had a group of 8 people and it was a great experience. The cabin was a lot bigger inside than it looked from the outside. The rooms were large and comfortable. The place was clean, and had everything we needed including spices for cooking and lots of pellets for the stove. We loved the hot tub and how close we were to town. However, it said "walking distance" from town and that id debatable during the winter. Overall, it was a really great experience and we WILL be going back to stay there again. Nice place!

Thanks house is actually less than a half a mile to town. The city clears all the sidewalks for people to get around in the winter.

The place was very nice. There was items in the refrigerator that was left from the people before us. We spent most of our time at the Pondersosa and was only at the place to sleep & shower. We did have a problem with the lights & ceiling fans to work in different rooms.

We rented 3 properties in McCall for our family to stay in and this house worked out to be the best to host the group meals/activities. The back yard is very big and has a great deck. The house is well kept and very clean. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of linens/towels for the 8 people who stayed here. Unfortunately we visited during an unseasonably hot time and there is no air conditioning but with the windows open and fans going it was bearable. My only suggestion for improvement would be to plant some shade trees in the back yard. We brought portable popup gazebos which helped but trees would be much better. Great place overall and would definately recommend it again.

It was small than we expected but overall it was the perfect. Liked that we were only blocks away from downtown and how the house was furnished for what we needed. Also that it was cool that the bus transit drove by. Hot tub was a bonus after snowmobiling for the day.

The outside, front and back, are most unappealing. Had I seen photos of the front and back, I would not have chosen the property. It looks like white trash keeps up the property...on the outside. The inside is really nice. The maintenance man across the street was very helpful. Get rid of the wireless fan/light switches, please.

microwave use would blow the breaker, too many appliances,two rooms worth of lights, and the pellet stove, all on one circuit.

Whoever it is that preps the property for arrivals needs to learn how to use the pellet stove better. It smoked us out the first night almost to the point of having to leave the premises for the evening. We contacted the owner who had the neighbor come over and relight it and said it was too dirty. Then after he left it never stayed lit. So we spent a lot of time under blankets.
