Overall Property Description:
This beautiful three-story property is set in a tropical paradise and is sure to please the entire family. Located on the quiet side of Destin and directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, each unit sleeps up to six with hall bunks. Property amenities include private balcony, fully equipped kitchens with microwaves, seasonally heated pool, on-site laundry facilities and some units include washer/dryer. Wi-Fi internet is available in unit with a fee. Beach Service is available upon request with a fee - includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella setup. Please note that a USD 99.07 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees. Please note that a USD 99.07 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in.
