Spanish Key Condos are conveniently located between Pensacola, Florida and Gulf Shores, Alabama. Check-in is 3pm, check-out is 10am. Check-in at 14112 Perdido Key Drive. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period. No singles under 25 without parent/guardian. Front desk hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Sat and 9am-3pm Sun. Please note that a USD 152.20 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees. Please note that a USD 152.20 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in.
