Renter responsible for additional insurance purchase upon request.
Other Fees: ** Rates are posted as minimums for the season and are subject to change . An additional deposit of half of the total rent, optional Vacation Protection Insurance and reservation fee are required within 20 Days your reservation. If your deposit is not received by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled without notification.Balance including remaining rent, sales accommodations tax on total rent,& any additional charges for requested rentals/services will be due 30 days.
