TWO BEDROOMS IN COUNTRY HOUSE NEAR SAN LORENSO VILLAGE
The villa is situated near the village of San Lorenso in the agricultural heart of the Island. The popular village of Santa Gertrudis is just a 10 minutes drive as is Benirras beach with its beautiful sunsets.
The villa has views towards Balafia, the Island’s oldest Arab settlement and the tranquil neighbourhood is especially good for cycling, mountain biking and walking.
The nearest main road is locally referred to as “the restaurant road” boasting some of the Islands best restaurants including the famous Bambudha Grove, Aura, Atzaro, La Paloma and Balafia.
There is a private entrance into the property leading to both bedrooms. Bedroom one has 25 m2, a small kitchen with sink, 2 pit electric cooker and a fridge. There is a table for 4, a sitting corner and a private terrace with a table. Also accessible from the outside as well as via the hallway is bedroom number two. This room also has 25 m2, a sitting corner, a table for 2 and a private terrace. Both rooms have ADSL WIFI internet connection.
In between the two bedrooms is the bathroom with two wash basins, a toilet and a shower.
The two rooms together are available for friends or family since they share the bathroom. If room number one is rented the other bedroom will not be to insure privacy.
