The living room is open to the kitchen and there's a dining set. Just off the living room, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Off the main living area, the large rear deck is surrounded by mixed redwood forest, overlooks seasonal Hulbert Creek, and has outdoor dining and hot tub. House is ~1200sf.




Your well-behaved dog is welcome. An additional child is permitted for a fee of $15/night.




Cleaning $90, 11% tax on rent and cleaning, $40 non-refundable damage waiver.
