The living room has a dining set and is adjacent to the kitchen. There's a pass-through with bar seating between the living/dining room and kitchen. The living room opens to deck, hot tub and outdoor dining. Off a short hall, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The rear yard has a lawn and a path leading to the river. There are two decks accessed from the yard, one with a seasonal ping pong table and the other with a meditation area. This is a riverfront home. House is ~1500sf.
