2 bed+den/2 bath brand new luxury and spacious penthouse condo in Mt. Victoria Lodge. 2 Kings and sleeper sofa sleeps 6. Beautiful finish, granite, top furnishings, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, elevator access, Jacuzzi tub, WIFI. Walk to shuttle.
Our most premier offering in Mt. Victoria Lodge is now joined by a 2-bedroom penthouse condo, just across from our 3-bedroom unit. This gorgeous, brand new 2 bedroom and 2 bath single-level condo is located just one block off Main Street Frisco with spectacular mountain views. As you walk through the front door, you will be treated to an expansive and open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Every amenity in this unit was carefully chosen to welcome discriminating guests ? hickory hardwood floors, granite countertops, custom alder cabinetry and trims, LCD TVs, top of the line mountain furnishings, two gas fireplaces, washer/dryer in unit.
Very large master bedroom has a king bed, gas fireplace with a sitting area, LCD TV, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower in the master bathroom. Second bedroom also has a king bed and TV. There is a small den off the front entry with a queen sofa sleeper and TV. Condo sleeps 6 people maximum. The two king bedrooms will be perfect for two couples!

Everything is new and in great condition. The only problem we had was with parking. The lots we were told to use do not exist in winter and made it difficult to find a spot for our second vehicle. Other than that we LOVED Unit J and will rent from Summit Mountain Rentals again. |

Place was very clean upon check in and floor plan was very large so we had plenty of room for 4 people. Amenities were excellent, TV's, Kitchen stuff, parking indoors, etc. Awesome views out the windows! Great location as it is 1 block off main street so you can walk to all the restaurants and bars. only minor feedback to the owners is to upgrade the pillows in the bedrooms....other than that it was perfect. Definitely 5 stars! |

Our condo was found by chance, but what a find.... the moment we walked in, it felt like home... beautifully decorated, a fully equipped kitchen and utility area. The indoor parking was also a bonus too. We had a great time, and didnt want to leave - so we booked again for two weeks later....... oh yes, and again in August..... felt like writing a bad review, only to ensure we would have no problems with future reservations lol...... The furnishings were exactly like the pictures, kitchen was spacious with lots of little things we did not need to buy (spices, coffee filters, etc.) Loved having the laundry facilities and there was all the necessary supplies one would need. Not cleaned? Deborah C. from Colorado Springs, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2011 We were instructed to park in the ?J? parking space on the right. Unfortunately, a Yukon was already in that space and stayed there during our whole stay. Then, when we got into the unit, we started noticing that the place may not have been cleaned, or at least completely cleaned. We think that the linens were clean but the sinks, tubs and toilets obviously had not been cleaned. There was toothpaste and hair in the second bath and a band-aid on the floor of the master shower. There was standing water in the kitchen sink and it didn?t appear that the counters had been cleaned. There are crumbs on the dresser in the master bedroom. It doesn't appear that the condo was cleaned at all prior to our arrival. Property Manager Response: Response from Summit Mountain Rentals Hello Deborah, as you can see by our other comments, this is not normal. The people responsibile for the cleanliness of the property have been changed. I guarantee this will not happen again. I hope you will contact Summit Mountain Rentals again. In the future, if you have this problem, please call the office immediately, we are more than happy to come and reclean the property for you. Regards, Mark |
