Description:
We have two luxury three bedroom apartments to rent during summer, only 100m from the beach and 1km from Puerto Banus. Mimosa Beach Gardens is a brand new luxury urbanisation with charming tropical gardens and stunning lake shaped swimming pool. There is a indoor swimming pool with saunas and a huge jacuzzi. 24 hour security office and private underground parking, ADSL access in comfortable surroundings from reception area

Both apartments are furnished to the highest quality. As we have a variety of apartments the furnishings may not be to the same as shown but will be to the same high standards. The apartments are of minimum 200m2 and all apartments have en-suite bathrooms. The dining area and lounge lead on to each apartments private terrace. There are video security systems installed and 32" plasma televisions with DVD. There is AC hot/cold, underfloor heating, double glazed windows, marble floors, kitchens include all appliances and stone work surfaces.

We provide one hour daily apartment cleaning service free of charge and will assist you with anything you need for a great holiday. Just ask and we should be able to provide.

Bookings of minimum two months will have a free upgrade to the three bedroom penthouses if still available at time of booking. Please ask for availability when making your booking.

Apartment viewings welcome.
