SUPER HAPPY WITH CONDO EXPERIENCE Janis K. from Bakersfield, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in May, 2013 I recommend this condo most highly. It was clean as a whistle in a great location. Enjoyed two weeks here. My sister had another condo at this location. So very convenient for us. Fully equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans and extra fans helped keep us comfortable. All the beach gear you could possibly want, chairs, lots of snorkel gear, boogie board, noodles and beach towels and more. Washer and dryer. Great view, sunrise and sunset. Pool was awesome and very nice BBQ'S and tools by pool. Elevators worked perfect. The one time we called the management company they were as helpful and as nice as could be. It would have been perfect if the bedroom had a king size bed, but that seems to be a rare feature. We had to use the pull out couch for our daughter but to be honest it was not too good and we kind of traded around. But from experience we knew what we were getting and I have never heard of a pull out couch bed that was great, so we were fine. By the way for kids it would be fine, for my finicky 21 year old daughter it was not so good! ha ha!! Considering location, benefits and price we will definitely contact you again. We were there for my nephews wedding and we plan on returning as often as we can to see them. We have been to Maui several times but I think this was one of the best as far as accommodations. We have stayed in homes that were awesome, but no pool. You absolutely must have access to a pool in Hawaii. We were there many afternoons. Exceptional restaurants within walking distance. Can't say enough good stuff. Warning: Follow all the rules in regards to trying to keep the sand to a minimum. I have no idea what the trick is to keep the sand out. Do your best! Have fun! |

Great view...clean floors not so much A guest from Edmonton, Alberta does not recommend this property. Stayed for 13 days in April, 2013 Location was great/ pool area etc well kept. The unit itself has issues with the floor (when you took a shower walking across the floor would make your soles of your feet black in seconds-so floor's cleanliness was a huge issue even with my wife trying to mopping it daily to try to get it clean) and a dated kitchen area with what I would call "lake cabin utinsels and pots (dishes and glassware were fine). Our condo was nicely appointed and we especially really appreciated the good quality boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrealla and snorkel equipment. Other than some dusty places (esp.under the bed), the unit was clean. The kitchen utensils were "ok" although pots and knivew well worn. We will return (hopefully some time soon!) |

No view obstruction when it came to the sunset. It was a great feeling to return from a long day of snorkeling or other activities. There were several concerns that must be addressed before we classified it a 5 star- 1. I know the electric bill could be high but many other condo/hotels offer AC. AC would have been surpurb. I didn't feel that over head fans along with trade winds actually cooled us down the way we would have liked. 2. I had to kill 6 small roaches, not a big deal but it did make us feel uncomfortable thinking those little buggers were running around. 3. The fan on the microwave was broken and because it didn't absorb the smoke it set off the smoke alarm often. |

Stayed for 8 days in May, 2012 we had a great vacation, the rental was what it said, the view of the ocean was awesome, we watched the sunset from our lanai every nitethe condo was older but in good shape, needed some updating but your not in your condo most of the time, just to sleep. the location was perfect central and close to everything walking distance and beach right across the street, birds chirping early in the am but your not there to sleep your there to enjoy the sun and beach and all the activities to do., you can sleep when your home or dead. I would go back in a heartbeat. Two weeks not long enough for us. Will definately go back and recommened to friends. |

Stayed for 9 days in May, 2012 Obvious highlights such as the view, location, value and easy access to some nice beaches have already been mentioned in reviews. It was nice not to have to pay extra for amenities such as WIFI, a safe, and local telephone calls. There were ample decent quality beach supplies from chairs to snorkeling equipment, boogie boards and an umbrella. There is a library which has some useful guide books. The suite does not require A/C as there are ceiling fans and you get breezes moving through the suite. The bed is of good quality, nice shower, overall furniture and appliances are in good condition.Only negatives are not related to the suite itself. There is some sort of roof fan that vents through the bathroom which is on 24/7, the noise from this was somewhat mitigated by keeping the bathroom door closed. The BBQ/pool areas are smallish and unassuming but not out of the ordinary for a condo complex of this level. The general area was also quite noisy during the day with maintenance & landscaping crews & others using their power tools, which was not great if you want to take an occasional afternoon siesta.We had what could have been a serious problem on our last day here as the safe would not open but it was resolved quickly and efficiently with one call to the management company. Overall impressive and professional service.Highly recommend this place for couples, younger and older and young families. |

The property is very well maintained and clean (they even have a BBQ by the pool side for the guests to use free of charge). We rented a ocean view unit and we are not disappointed . Our apartment is fully furnished with a well equipped kitchenette. If you do not feel like cooking your own meals, good restaurants are all within walking distance around the property. We will be back again and hopefully soon. |

It was in a great location, we could see the beach, beautiful sunsets, whales spouting off shore from the lanai! No local noise. The condo had super supplies-snorkle gear,beach chairs, boogie board, picnic chest, beach towels, and the kitchen was very well equiped, too. We loved preparing our meals & picnics for the beach. The pool & barbeque area were great. You can walk to really nice beach areas and restaurants and shops. Super location! The grounds are very nice. We loved the local bird-songs in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay at this Condo. Every thing was close by and it was like a small town with everyone so friendly. Connie S. from Calgary, AB recommends this property. Stayed for 12 days in May, 2011 Terrific unit. Excellent view. Plenty of extra ammenities.Only 2 issues. 1)Bathroom tap leaks badly. 2) Next door neighbor is in the midst of a full unit renovation. Very loud noises starting at 8am everyday, even through the cement walls! Would of been appreciated if we were told this would be going on and there would be no chance of sleeping past 8am anyday of our vacation. The unit was clean, very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom and bathroom in the unit are clean but are not as nice as the rest of unit. The location is awesome. Kam II beach is across the street from the condo complex and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. |

Great Location/View,But Needs Some TLC A guest from Soldotna, Alaska recommends this property. Stayed for 13 days in May, 2009 Upon arrival we had to do some serious house cleaning. Also the pots and pans were very old and inadequate. With better house cleaning and better cooking utensils, we would highly recommend this condo and be back ourselves. |

Stayed for 5 days in October, 2008 We had a great time staying in this unit. My mom and I had an excellent, relaxing time in Maui--much needed for both of us. My only comment would be that there were no curtains or window coverings in the living room and it tended to get hot in the afternoon. Otherwise, 100% enjoyable! |
