The cottage at Sparrow Pond provided us a perfect getaway for our vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Kiawah and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax and rejuvenate. This was our sixth trip to Kiawah and the cottage at Sparrow Pond ranks first on our list of places that we stayed.

We really enjoyed our vacation at 1044 Sparrow Pond. The cottage is nicely decorated, clean, and stocked with just about anything you will need. It's a short walk to the beach and minutes away from the main entrance and major bike trails. Definitely a family friendly place!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very nice and a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool access, and being a very short walk to the pool. The lagoon behind the cottage was very scenic, and the outdoor shower was great. The cottage itself was updated and decorated nicely. The only downside was that some areas were not completely clean. There was a dirty cutting board in the kitchen with food on it that I had to clean upon arrival, and there seemed to be sand on the floor when we arrived. Other than that we were very happy with our stay.

The unit was nice and pretty clean. Unfortunately the cockroaches invaded us on Wed. night--they were everywhere. YUK. Beach access was great. Pool is too small for community serving it and we ended up not using it because you couldn't really SWIM in it.

The place was very nice and a perfect size for our family. The only negative was there is a large enough gap under the front door where roaches and one crab could freely come and go. There should be some rubber stripping or some blockage to keep critters out. It became a nightly event to see how many we could get coming and going. I understand roaches are prevalent but this seemed a bit excessive and something that could easily be prevented. Otherwise, the place was great, loved the location and would like to return next year.

We spent one week at 1044 Sparrow. We can't say enough about the condition of the property. Nice layout, great beach furnishings, and clean. It was our first trip to Kiawah. We are used to the Florida beaches but have now found our newest favorite spot. Thanks Pam Harrington Exclusives for a great experience!

This was our family's fifth stay on Kiawah Island and the first time we rented through Pam Harrington. The villa location was ideally located near a community pool and the beach. Sparrow Pond was very quiet and nicely shaded. 1044 was located on a picturesque lagoon. We were so pleased with the villa that we have decided to rent through Pam Harrington again this summer.
