The house is neighboring a detached and separated "twin" property owned by the same family.
The outdoor area of Cleo features a small waterfront swimming pool surrounded by a very large outdoor area, ideal for evening dips on a breeze-free day, given the short distance that separates the villa from the small beach in front of the property. A covered veranda, furnished for al fresco dining, can be found as well right before the house's entrance.
A white base with decorations and furniture in wood or shades of off-white colors characterize the interiors, which display a smart use of space with a gracious living room and dining room sharing a common space on the ground floor. The well-equipped open plan kitchen is at easy reach both for indoor and outdoor dining. One of the guest bedrooms is located on this floor with en-suite bathroom and access to the back courtyard. The first floor is entirely occupied by the master bedroom and the second guest bedroom, each with their own bathroom. There is a 7 night minimum stay, except in High and Peak Seasons when there is a 14 night minimum stay.
