Villa Annarita is situated in the town of Anacapri in the "Mesole" area. It is beautifully sited in a very private area with glorious views of the sea and old English forts on the coast, Ischia, the Procida Isles and Miseno Cape.
Villa Annarita boasts many of Capri's notable architectural features - gardens built into the rocks, white arches, and distinctive white columns. The terrace floors feature Tuscan "Quarzito" and benches which look out over breathtaking views of the shimmering blue sea.
The main terrace has a very nice 8 meter by 6 meter swimming pool with hydro massage jets positioned around in-pool benches for relaxing hydro therapy. The swimming pool is sited to take full advantage of the sensational views in a very private and relaxing environment. There is also a very nice wooden gazebo which gives shade to a fabulous iron table with ceramic table top - perfect for a poolside luncheon.
The kitchen is highlighted with handmade ceramics, a 5 burner gas stove and oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. The living room has lovely sofas and antique furniture, and wonderful big windows which look out over the sea. From the living room, you can access the kitchen through an arched passageway. The villa has DVD, Stereo, Satellite TV. There is no air-conditioning, but the villa is in an ideal location where the afternoon sea breezes fill the house with fresh clear air.
There are three bedrooms: 2 with queen sized beds, and 1 with twin beds. The master bedroom has a bathroom ensuite, while the others have separate bathrooms. These two bedrooms have beautiful sea views and open onto a large terrace covered by a large, retractable electric awning.
Villa Annarita is only 13 minutes from the center of Capri and just 4 minutes from the town of Anacapri, and 4 minutes down to the seaside at Punta Carena. The villa is easily accessible because your taxi can enter right onto the property into a courtyard of lush Mediterranean plants, palms and pines. There is also a bus stop on the street outside of the villa. In summer there is a bus every 20 minutes which goes up to Anacapri's center or down to the sea at the Punta Carena area where you can enjoy the seaside at a variety of beach clubs, snack bars, restaurant, boat excursions, and beachfront swimming pool.
