This Vintage Sea Captain home belonged to Captain Kelley and was built in 1840. It is part of a two family compound. It is furnished with  interesting antiques, even a cranberry sifter in the dining room and an antique black Franklin stove used as a server in the kitchen. Spacious for a family or a group of friends, there are 3 bedrooms upstairs and a guest suite with kitchenette downstairs that opens to back garden. It has the original wide plank floors throughout and a large barn in the back with bicycles and lawn games such as bocce and beach chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with even a picnic basket to go and a full lobster bake ensemble. Everyone loves the screened- in porch and the perennial back garden suitable for family games and outdoor dining. The location is central to everything in Harwich Port, whether you want to walk to the beach, stroll through the village or get something quick across the street at CVS and Dunkin Donuts. This home is Pet Friendly. On the first floor there is an in-law apartment with a double bed and half bath. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, two large, and a full bath with tub. Outside there is a beach shower. Air Conditioning Units in 3 of the bedrooms-the guest suite on first floor and the 2 of the upstairs bedrooms. .NO SMOKING!
